Excellent customer service. Hula hoop easy to assemble. After some initial bruising, I now have the hang of it! Need a few weeks to see if my waist is any trimmer.

The hoop doesn't feel heavy although is advertised as weighted also the inner is plastic and feels quite flimsy compared to other weighted hoops I've used previously.

Unfortunately hula hoop did not suit me as it caused bruising to my waist. Soul Destiny were very understanding and are making a full refund.
