This mat has excellent grip for doing yoga would recommend . The bag however is pretty useless as the mat won’t go back into it once the cellophane wrapper was taken off

Eco mat in non Eco wrapping

I have given you 3 stars for this product based on the fact that when buying an Eco friendly product I would expect the wrapping of the packaging to be Eco friendly. The product itself so far has been great. Please think about your packaging and make the whole product ECO.

I purchased this after attending a pilates class where the instructor had these mats. They are a great thickness- no need to fold over for additional knee support! Just what I was after! Quick to deliver too!
