Nice and thick for comfort, well made with a carrying handle that also keeps it in a roll. Good quality and excellent for the price. I use it for meditation but if you are looking for more exercise and just want a non slip mat then this may be too thick for you. It suits my needs perfectly. The purple is lovely colour and exactly as photograhed. I ordered the blue one as well and it is slightly darker shade than photographed. Packaged well and arrived by courier in two days! Would definitely recommend product and company.
