We are part way through World Mental Health Awareness Month, with Monday 10th October being World Mental Health Day.
Keeping awareness of mental health and wellbeing a priority for us all.
With this in mind, we have all asked ourselves here at The Cow Shed 'What can we do to make our own mental health our priority?'
Whether that is doing something solo, with family or friends, here at work or with our local community.
We have made an effort to encourage each other to enjoy a brisk walk when we have the opportunity, but to keep things even, we also celebrated with some home made cake!
