Yoga roller uses:  

The Yoga Pilates roller is a great tool for opening and releasing muscles. You can use it before a yoga practice, or any time. 

Many trainers and physical therapists call this inexpensive Yoga Roller their secret weapon against pain. Similar to an old-fashioned rubdown, using a roller breaks up fibrous tissue and boosts circulation so you're less sore. The following routine, relieves muscle tension and pain. Use it at the end of any workout and you'll start to feel looser right away.

Why Yoga Blocks: Yoga or Pilates blocks can be really useful in the practice for both the beginner and seasoned yogi. For beginners, yoga blocks can be used when the flexibility isn't quite there yet. For the experience Yogi the block can help  keep the right shape for longer and give confidence when trying new position

Fitness Balls : When it comes to fitness equipment, there’s little that works your whole body better. To stay on the ball—literally—you’re forced to engage all your muscles, which builds strength and improves stability.

Resistance Bands: Resistance bands provide muscle-building tension, and can be used almost anywhere. These bands offer safe and effective workouts, and are often recommended by physical therapists for rehabilitation purposes.

Balance Cushion: Know as Wobble cushions are frequently used by physiotherapists, physical therapists and sports therapists in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries such as sprained ankle and following knee surgery and ankle surgery. A wobble cushion is filled with air to provide a challenging surface to balance on. The main use for wobble cushions is to improve joint strength and getting the joints used to pressures from all angles which normal static excerise just can't do.
